Free Kindle Game: Minesweeper

This takes minesweeper to a whole new level. One of the things I like about it is that you can customize your map, from length and width to percentage of mines on the map.

"Classical Minesweeper Gameplay but on a Hexagonal Layout! If you like Minesweeper, you will LOVE Minesweeper Unlimited!

Minesweeper Unlimited! brings you nice graphics and user interface - you can pinch to zoom your current playfield, you can scroll on it - but, the best is: There is NO LIMIT at all - size your playfields as big as you want or as big as your memory allows you."

Free Kindle Game: Plunk!

Remember those old level puzzles you'd have to tilt around to get the ball in the slot? This is it!

"Inspired by handcrafted puzzles, each Plunk! level challenges you to navigate gorgeous marbles through a wooden labyrinth. Tilt your phone or tablet in all directions and use gravity to roll the marbles past holes and into their targets. The first levels will test your hand-eye coordination as you maneuver one marble around, between and sometimes over fiendishly placed holes. Afterward, the difficulty escalates as two, three, four, or more simultaneous marbles force you to come up with increasingly complex plans"

Free Kindle Game: Neon Blitz

This is a good one! I must warn you though, it's very additive.

"Neon Blitz builds upon the incredible success of its predecessor (#1 in over 30 countries & over 1.5 million downloads) and challenges you to ‘blitz’ your way through as many signs as possible in a minute to land the highest possible score. Build up your skills, then challenge friends on Facebook to beat your best score as well as check your standing against thousands of other players in the global rankings.

The idea behind Neon Blitz is incredibly simple but fiendishly challenging! Trace the different neon shapes with your finger as quickly and accurately as you can on the screen. Complete as many signs as you can in a minute, using power ups to boost your points and get the highest score. Bring street signs, landmarks, party items, sporting symbols, music and food to vibrant, colourful life by igniting their luminescent outlines on the screen then challenge."

Free Kindle Game: PathPix

Once I got started connecting the numbers I never stopped! They begin with very simple ones and get much more difficult as you go.

"Discover PathPix, the picture-forming logic game. Relaxing and addictive!

Draw paths with your finger, connecting pairs of colored numbers. The length of each path must equal the numbers you are connecting. There's only one way to do it, and all squares will contain a piece of a path when the puzzle is solved.

Finish connecting all the lines to see the miniature picture that you have created. Get an extra reward for success, a quote related in some way to the picture. It may be witty or wise or perhaps even a bit strange - a little something to think about as you go on to the next puzzle."

Free Kindle Game: Math Runner

Perfect for reviewing your math facts! They won't even know they're learning. :)

"With this game, your kids will enjoy a runner game (like Temple Run !) and practice math at the same time.

Look at the question, then catch the correct answers on screen by jumping or sliding. You will lose 1 life if you eat the wrong answer.

In this free version, you can play 2 levels for free."
